Redesign the existing old typical Khmer shophouse into a modern house. The designs feature striking materials such as glass, glass block, cement block and wood over the more common brick.

Natural lighting is encouraged through large (often floor to ceiling) windows. This includes the overall look, the carefully thought-out living spaces and environmentally friendly features that reduce energy consumption and global footprint.
