Mix Use Building
The project is located in the city center. It is a complex building equipped with full functional facilities to serve lifestyle demand in this city.
Parking is placed underground due to the limitation of land size. Number of parking is calculated base on functional space utilizing and it's requirement.
The first two floor is used for operation purposes and other supportive facilities such as reception hall, waiting lounge, mart, coffee shop, restaurant, back office and so on.
The next five floors is used for office space purpose with the buffer zone floor in between the office space and residential floors. The buffer zone floor is used in multi-purpose and also used for protection floor in case of fire emergency.
Residential floors have been designed in a way which natural wind can pass across the building. On the two last floor is used for gym, swimming pool and sky bar.
