Our team successfully transitioned this striking mid-rise project from an initial concept into a comprehensive, construction-ready package. A key focus of our scope was the technical coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines. Through rigorous cross-checking, we identified and resolved potential site conflicts before they could impact the build.

The design itself features a sophisticated biomorphic facade with fluid, organic structural elements that define the building’s modern character. Throughout the development phase, we navigated the complex challenge of exterior improvements, skillfully balancing the client’s high aesthetic demands with the functional requirements of the site.
