Technical Features & Sustainability
-
Dynamic Kinetic Facade: The western elevation features an innovative system of articulated wooden panels designed to react to wind motion. This kinetic skin serves a dual purpose: providing a rhythmic visual aesthetic while significantly mitigating solar heat gain during peak afternoon hours.
-
Renewable Energy Integration: The roofscape is equipped with high-efficiency photovoltaic (solar) arrays, seamlessly integrated into the architectural form to offset the building’s energy consumption and promote long-term sustainability.
-
Passive Climate Control: The floor plan is optimized for cross-ventilation, maximizing natural airflow throughout the interior volumes. This strategy reduces the building's environmental footprint and ensures a temperate indoor climate.
-
Dual-Layer Weather Protection: The building envelope utilizes a sophisticated two-layer system. An external vented block wall facilitates continuous natural airflow and solar shading, while an internal layer of expansive sliding glass doors provides a high-performance thermal and moisture barrier, ensuring complete protection against heavy driving rain during the monsoon season.
-
Elevated Social Amenities: A large-scale infinity pool is situated on the second-level terrace. This feature functions as both a private sanctuary and a versatile social hub for small-group gatherings, offering an uninterrupted panoramic view of the river.
